Digital Realty's Garland campus north-east of Dallas is a multi-building development on roughly 60 acres off Ferris Road and West Campbell Road, backed by a twenty-year municipal incentive agreement. The first building, at 1505 Ferris Road, entered service in late 2024 at around 181,000 sq ft with two four-megawatt suites. A second, at 1502 Ferris Road, is a 410,000 sq ft building laid out around six eight-megawatt data halls whose suites are fitting out through 2026 and into 2027, and a further 236,600 sq ft building is permitted alongside them. Garland is where Digital Realty is adding Dallas capacity at scale.
