Evocative SEA1
140 4th Ave N, Seattle, WA, 98109, US
Evocative SEA1 occupies 40,000 sq ft on the second floor of KOMO Plaza at 140 4th Avenue North, the two-building media and data center complex beside Seattle Center. The hall draws 4.5 MW of utility power behind fourteen 225 kVA UPS modules and four 1.5 MW generators in an N+1 design, cooled by twenty 30-ton DX units on a glycol loop with two primary and two standby condenser pumps. The site carries SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, PCI DSS and HIPAA reports. Nine networks and MegaIX Seattle are on the floor, with AT&T, Lumen, Zayo, Comcast, Verizon, GCI, Ziply and Wave among the carriers and the building's own fiber to the Westin Building Exchange. Evocative took the hall over from INAP on 28 September 2022, closing a nine-site purchase in which Seattle was a new market. Buyers order anything from one server to a full suite here, with Megaport on site for cloud paths.
