Goodman built the Tsuen Wan West campus on the former Central Textiles factory site in the New Territories, bought in 2014, and started work on the first building in 2019. Buildings 1 and 2 finished in 2022 and were both leased on completion; Goodman has never named Building 2's occupier, while Buildings 3 and 4 went to GDS. Four buildings carry 225 MW between them across roughly 1.6 million sq ft, each drawing its own independent high-voltage supply from CLP Power. It is Goodman's sixth Hong Kong data centre.
