Google's Omaha campus sits in Douglas County, at State Street and Blair High Road in the north-west of the city, which is what separates it from the older Sarpy County campus twenty miles south. Announced on 21 April 2022 as the company's first data centre in Omaha proper, the site began at roughly 260 acres and had reached 378 acres by January 2025, with a rezoning request lodged over a further 187 adjoining agricultural acres. Omaha Public Power District supplies it. Google has never published a building count, a floor area or a capacity figure for the site. Nebraska as a whole has drawn more than $15 billion of Google investment across three campuses - Omaha, Papillion and Lincoln - of which $930 million landed in the year before January 2025.
