H5 Data Centers Seattle
1000 Denny Way, South Lake Union, WA, 98109, US
H5 Data Centers Seattle is the Seattle Times building at 1000 Denny Way in South Lake Union, a 293,000 sq ft data center and carrier hotel one block from the Westin Building. H5 bought the property on 27 January 2011, when it measured 285,000 sq ft and housed The Seattle Times, Level 3 and XO alongside the colocation floors. The site is the Level 3 gateway for Seattle, with 40 carriers on site, diverse fiber entries into the Westin Building, AWS and Microsoft Azure reached over a single cross connect, and ten networks peering here across the SIX and its jumbo-frame fabric. Power runs through N+1 UPS distribution from Seattle City Light at a 1.35 PUE, with hot and cold aisle containment on the floors. SOC 2 audits by A-LIGN and an annual ISO 27001 certificate cover the building. Buyers take private suites, cages or single cabinets here with 24/7 staffed security and loading-dock access.
