QTS Hillsboro 2 is a 51-acre campus along NE Huffman Street in Hillsboro, planned for 180 MW of critical capacity across four buildings: DC1 at 4755, DC2 at 4425, DC3 at 4327 and DC5 at 4113 NE Huffman Street. It is the second of three QTS campuses in Hillsboro, down the street from the Hillsboro 1 building at 4951 NE Huffman Street, and follows QTS's standardized design for large single-tenant and multi-hall deployments. Power for QTS's Hillsboro operations is backed by Avangrid's 166 MWdc Tower Solar project, due to reach commercial operation on the Portland General Electric grid in 2026. QTS has published no per-building megawatts, square footage or opening dates for the four buildings on this campus. Whole buildings, halls and build-to-suit space are the formats sold here.
