QTS South Dallas DC7

QTS South Dallas DC7 is the sixth building filed on the DFW2 campus and the first to leave Mason Road, sited at 1341 Sunrise Road on the Lancaster side of the campus and registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on 6 April 2026. It repeats the 363,500 sq ft, two-storey, office-plus-shell-data-hall design of DC5 and DC6 at an estimated $290 million, but on a later schedule: construction from 1 September 2026 to 1 December 2027, the last completion date on the campus so far. QTS has published no power, density or certification for DC7, and the campus page confines itself to closed-loop cooling and LEED-standard design. DC7 is the latest-delivering shell QTS has registered south of Dallas, so it is the building to hold for a 2028 move-in.
