QTS Suwanee 1 Campus

QTS Suwanee 1 is a 53-acre, two-building campus on Satellite Boulevard in Suwanee, northeast of Atlanta, in operation since 2005. DC1 at 300 Satellite Blvd NW also houses the company-wide QTS Operations Support Center; DC2 at 120 Satellite Blvd NW joined the campus in January 2023 as an operating building of 30 MW across six halls with shell space for three more. The campus holds 50 MW of critical capacity today against 100 MW planned, fed from a dedicated on-site substation, with a redundant conduit system under construction to carry express fiber between the buildings. Eleven networks and two exchanges, CIX-ATL and MegaIX Atlanta, meet in DC1. Campus amenities run to secure parking, a fresh-market cafe, conference and wellness rooms and EV charging. Space here is sold as cabinets, cages or whole halls in either building.
