QTS Suwanee 1 DC2

QTS Suwanee 1 DC2 is the second building on the Suwanee campus, at 120 Satellite Blvd NW, a short distance along the road from DC1 and the QTS Operations Support Center at number 300. QTS brought it into the campus on January 23, 2023 as an already operating facility of 30 MW across six data halls, with four diverse fiber entrances and shell space for three further halls; office renovations to the QTS Freedom design standard began in August 2023 alongside façade and building-systems upgrades. The campus around it covers 53 acres with a dedicated on-site substation, 50 MW of critical capacity built and 100 MW planned. A redundant campus conduit system, still under construction, will carry express fiber from DC2 to DC1, where eleven networks and two exchanges meet. Buyers take a hall, a cage or cabinets here, with the three shell halls available for larger builds.
