STACK Infrastructure Loudoun County Campus
Evergreen Mills Rd, Ashburn, VA, 20148, US
STACK's Loudoun County campus is a 122-acre site in Arcola, near Dulles International Airport, planned as two two-story data center buildings totalling 1,317,000 sq ft. STACK announced the campus on February 11, 2025 at 144 MW, split as 72 MW per building, while its current campus page gives 180 MW and the campus brochure gives 200 MW fed by a dedicated onsite substation with dual utility feeds. The brochure design is N+1 block redundancy for generators and UPS, a minimum of 24 hours of fuel, N+1 345-ton air-cooled chillers with closed-loop water and liquid-to-chip cooling, and two main distribution frames on diverse fiber entrances. The two-story form was adopted for the airport-adjacent setting, where county plans designate the land for data center use. Both buildings are offered as shell or turnkey, and no delivery date has been published.
