STACK Infrastructure NVA02 Campus
Hornbaker Rd / Linton Hall Rd, Bristow, VA, 20109, US
The NVA02 campus covers 200 acres along Hornbaker Road in Bristow, Prince William County, planned for ten data centers and 420 MW of critical capacity fed by two dedicated 300 MW NOVEC substations on site. It began in January 2020 as 125 acres and 250 MW with Peterson Companies; the first building, 227,000 sq ft, opened in August 2021 and a 36 MW second phase broke ground that October. Land bought in September 2022, December 2022 (two 48 MW buildings) and December 2023 (three buildings on former Youth For Tomorrow ground) brought the plan to ten. Three buildings were operating by May 2024, and $100 million of campus construction debt was refinanced that June. A 540,000 sq ft, two-building expansion on 58 adjacent acres off Nokesville Road was voted down 4 to 2 by the county board in September 2025. Buyers needing 36 to 48 MW blocks in Prince William County can request pricing on the unbuilt pads.
