NVA06A is the first and larger of the two buildings on STACK's 72 MW NVA06 campus in the Compass Creek development near Leesburg, north of Microsoft's Compass Creek complex. STACK announced the building on January 10, 2024 at 48 MW with delivery targeted for the second quarter of 2025, on a campus of 32 acres by the announcement and 33 acres by STACK's current page, with 620,000 sq ft across both buildings. Committed power comes from Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative rather than Dominion Energy, which sets this campus apart from STACK's NVA04 and Arcola sites. STACK has published no completion notice, tenant or per-building floor area for NVA06A since the announcement. The land lies inside a 400-acre area the Town of Leesburg sought to annex from Loudoun County in early 2024.
