NVA06B is the 24 MW second building planned on STACK's NVA06 campus in the Compass Creek development near Leesburg, sharing a 32-acre site with the 48 MW NVA06A. At the campus announcement on January 10, 2024, STACK scheduled NVA06B to follow the first building, whose own delivery target was the second quarter of 2025, and gave the second building no date. The campus figure of 620,000 sq ft covers both buildings, and no NVA06B floor area has been published. Utility supply for the whole campus is committed through Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative, and STACK describes NVA06 as tailored for high-density workloads without giving a kW-per-rack figure. The 24 MW building has had no further STACK announcement since January 2024.
