Stafford Technology Campus
within E. Richmond Hwy, opp Sage Ln & Eskimo, Stafford, VA, 22554, US
Stafford Technology Campus is a 500-acre STACK site east of US Route 1 at Interstate 95 in Stafford County, opposite Stafford Regional Airport, the largest of the four Northern Virginia campuses STACK announced on January 16, 2025. Stafford County had approved the comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning on September 17, 2024 for 504 acres, 23 buildings, 5.8 million sq ft and six substations under the land's previous owner, Peterson Companies. STACK's plan runs four sub-campuses with 19 data centers on committed power from six 300 MW Dominion Energy substations, and its campus page now gives 1.1 GW on 526 acres. Cooling draws on a reclaimed purple-pipe water system instead of county potable supply, and the site adjoins a landfill and light industrial land rather than housing. The first building topped out in May 2026 after crews moved three million cubic yards of earth.
