NRT14 opened in April 2026 as the third building on the joint venture's Inzai campus, and it supports up to 150 kW per rack with hybrid liquid and air cooling — an order of magnitude above anything else in the operator's published estate. It holds DGX-Ready Data Center certification, among the first facilities in Japan to do so, and its colocation halls are matched to 100 per cent renewable electricity through non-fossil-fuel certificates. The building runs to 239,000 sq ft (22,240 sq m) over six base-isolated storeys, with 25 MW of IT capacity across about 2,800 racks and N+1 power and cooling. Digital Realty publishes no compliance block for it, unlike NRT10 and NRT12 alongside.
