SDC Ashburn is Sabey's 38-acre Intergate campus at 21741 Red Rum Drive in Loudoun County, planned at 85 MW of critical capacity and 645,000 sq ft of mission-critical space across three buildings, fed diversely from an onsite 300 MW substation on Dominion Energy's ring transmission network. Building C opened in 2017 with 7.4 MW and Building B followed with 23 MW, together putting more than 36 MW in service. Building A, the third and final phase, broke ground on 25 June 2025 as a three-story building delivering 18 MW on opening in 2026 and 54 MW at completion.
