SDC Ashburn – Building A
21741 Red Rum Dr, Ashburn, VA, 20147, US
SDC Ashburn Building A is the third and final building on Sabey's Intergate campus at 21741 Red Rum Drive, a three-story data center that broke ground on 25 June 2025 and is due ready for service in 2026 with 18 MW leasable on opening and 54 MW at completion, the largest single building on the campus. It is the first three-story building in Sabey's portfolio, engineered for air-cooled, liquid-cooled or hybrid halls at rack densities above 100 kW, where Buildings B and C were built as air-cooled quadrant and modular halls. Its 54 MW draws on the campus's onsite 300 MW Dominion substation and brings the campus to its planned 85 MW. Five networks reach the campus meet-me rooms today, with Cogent, Crown Castle, Fiberlight, PacketFabric and Zayo on net. Pre-leasing here is by the hall or by the floor, in the 18 MW first delivery.
