SDC Ashburn – Building C
21735 Red Rum Drive, Ashburn, VA, 20147, US
SDC Ashburn Building C is the first building on Sabey's Intergate campus at 21741 Red Rum Drive, a single-story 7.4 MW facility laid out as four 12,000 sq ft data halls of 1.8 MW each, and it became fully operational in 2017 when the first tenant signed for one 11,988 sq ft quadrant in February that year. Its generators are 2 MW units carrying 72 hours of run time at peak load, the longest fuel autonomy on the campus, against 48 hours in Building B. The building was rated 7.2 MW at opening and 7.4 MW on the current cut sheet. Five networks reach it through the campus meet-me rooms. SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS audits cover the Ashburn site. A quadrant hall of 1.8 MW is the natural unit of sale in this building.
