Cologix VAN1
555 West Hastings, Vancouver, BC, V6B 4N6, CA
VAN1 is Cologix's original Vancouver suite, two rooms inside Harbour Centre at 555 West Hastings, the building where British Columbia's peering ecosystem started and still the metro's primary carrier hotel. Five thousand square feet is small by design: this is an interconnection address rather than a compute hall. Twenty or more unique networks sit in Cologix's own meet-me room, with the wider Harbour Centre meet-me room and the Vancouver Internet Exchange reachable alongside them, and thirteen diverse fiber paths entering the building. Power comes off dual 13.8 kV utility feeds with automatic transfer, behind UPS the customer selects as N or 2N and N+1 generators. Cooling is N+1 in two layers: perimeter CRAC on a raised-floor plenum plus glycol-cooled in-row units on rooftop dry coolers, rated to 50 tons. The suite has its own breakout rooms, boardroom and kitchen with harbour views.
