Every major Canadian carrier is in the building — Bell Canada, Rogers, Shaw, Telus and Zayo among them — with more than fifty unique networks in Cologix's own meet-me rooms and over two hundred carriers at the address. Four cloud on-ramps land here: AWS Direct Connect, Google Cloud Interconnect, Azure ExpressRoute and Cologix OneConnect. Two Cologix-controlled meet-me rooms and two PoP rooms give a tenant more interconnection paths inside a single building than anywhere else in the Vancouver portfolio. Cabinets are designed for three to ten kilowatts in racks up to 48U, cooled by pumped refrigerant and air-cooled chilled water. It is the largest Cologix building in the metro by floor area.
