The second Avondale building carries its own street address, 3704 S. Avondale Blvd, one door up from the campus entrance, and it broke ground alongside its neighbour on 21 May 2026 as the first phase of the scheme. Prime Data Centers builds to a repeating specification here: 267,000 sq ft and 48 MW of critical IT load per building, five buildings in all across 66.5 acres of Maricopa County. Salt River Project feeds the campus through its own 250 MW substation. Prime leases whole buildings rather than selling floor inside them.
