Aligned PHX-04 is a 396,343 sq ft data center at 2501 S Price Road on the northeast corner of Price Road and Innovation Street in Chandler, across the street from its sibling PHX-06. Chandler issued its foundation permit in June 2022 and its building permit in October 2022, and on 24 June 2024 the Green Building Initiative awarded it Three Green Globes for New Construction, with high marks for site, energy and the low ozone-depleting potential of its cooling systems. The Chandler land was one of two Phoenix purchases announced in October 2022 that together carry more than 400 MW and about two million sq ft. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 also apply here. Buyers can take a hall or a phase of the building.
