Aligned PHX-06 is the 456,946 sq ft, two-phase data center at 2955 W Innovation Street on the southeast corner of Price Road and Innovation Street in Chandler, built on the 17-acre parking lot of a $115 million site that came with a 456,000 sq ft office building. Holder Construction built it, topping out 5,200 tons of GrayWolf steel in 2024, and the building holds 306,000 sq ft of computing space. On 9 July 2025 the Green Building Initiative awarded PHX-06 Three Green Globes for New Construction, Aligned's second such award in Chandler after PHX-04. Prefabricated modules carry the N+1 block-redundant electrical plant of 3 MW generators, 2 MW UPS line-ups and 415 V A and B feeds, with Delta³ air cooling and DeltaFlow liquid loops in the galleries. PHX-06 adds SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 to the Green Globes award. Buyers can take a hall in phase one or a block of phase two.
