Aligned PHX01
2500 West Union Hills, Phoenix, AZ, 85027, US
Aligned PHX-01 is the first building on the Phoenix campus at 2500 W Union Hills Drive, opened on 4 May 2017 with 62 MW of IT power in its first phase and a guaranteed 1.15 annualized PUE, on a campus master-planned for 550,000 sq ft. Racks adjust on demand from 1 kW to 50 kW, and the 200,000 sq ft Phase II announced in February 2018 raised the campus plan to 120 MW, later carried to 180 MW across three buildings. Six networks and DE-CIX Phoenix meet in this building, Cogent and Zayo among them. The campus, 51 acres at opening and 55 acres today, also houses the Advanced Cooling Lab opened in June 2025 to test Delta³ air and DeltaFlow liquid cooling for liquid-cooled GPU racks. PHX-01 holds SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS and ISO 27001. Buyers can take cabinets, a hall or a DE-CIX port.
