3700 S. Avondale Blvd is the address Prime Data Centers uses for the whole PHX01 campus, and the first of its five buildings is going up there. It is designed for 48 MW of critical IT load in 267,000 sq ft, one fifth of a 66.5-acre campus planned to reach 240 MW, 1.3 million sq ft and 20 data halls. Salt River Project supplies the site through an on-site substation rated 250 MW, whose commissioned first phase carries the campus's first 144 MW. Avondale's planning commission approved the five-building site plan in 2024, construction started on 21 May 2026 with ARCO/Murray as general contractor, and the land cost about $28.9 million. Maricopa County holds the campus as a single parcel, APN 500-66-005G, still classed as vacant commercial land and carrying a Tolleson mailing city rather than an Avondale one.
