LC2 stands beside LC1A on CloudHQ's LC campus in Ashburn, at the Waxpool Road and Loudoun County Parkway corner, as a leased turnkey data center, and it is one of the two buildings securing the $1.4 billion asset-backed notes CloudHQ brought to market in April 2026. Moody's assigned provisional ratings to that issue, which carries an anticipated repayment date of April 2031 and a final maturity of April 2056. Across LC2 and LC1A combined the collateral is 160 MW of critical load and 403,410 sq ft of raised floor, leased triple-net to a Aaa-rated hyperscaler at 88 MW and a second investment-grade hyperscaler at 72 MW. The rent-free tail disclosed in the deal belongs to LC1A's lease, not LC2's, so LC2's rent runs unbroken through its initial term. With LC2 occupied, buyers looking at this campus turn to LC3 and LC4, both under construction, and a quote request opens that conversation.
