CloudHQ MCC Campus
Airman Ave & Harry J Parish Boulevard, Manassas, VA, 20110, US
The MCC campus is CloudHQ's first development, on the south side of the Manassas data center market beside Manassas Regional Airport in Prince William County. Seven data centers give the campus 382 MW of total critical IT load across 2,232,875 sq ft, with 96 MW of critical load available and ready for service within 20 months. Power arrives through Dominion's Clover Hill substation, rated at 300 MVA when MCC1 opened in August 2017, and a private conduit system, the Manassas Fiber Highway, links the campus to local and long-haul routes along Route 234 and directly to CloudHQ's MDC campus. MCC5 holds an approved site plan, and MCC7's rezoning at 10101 Harry J. Parrish Boulevard cleared the Board of County Supervisors on 29 July 2025 ahead of a Q3 2026 delivery. Wholesale tenants take whole buildings or data-hall increments here, with the 35 MW single-tenant lease in MCC1 as the campus precedent.
