CloudHQ MCC2
10100 Harry J Parish Boulevard, Manassas, VA, 20110, US
MCC2 is a 250,144 sq ft data center at 10100 Harry J. Parrish Boulevard, the second building on CloudHQ's MCC campus in Manassas and the one that demanded the heaviest site work: more than 350,000 cubic yards of earth, including 100,000 cubic yards of blasted rock, were moved to flatten its hillside parcel, at removal rates of 5,000 to 7,000 cubic yards a day. The building was completed in 2019 and was energy-modelled against LEED Gold criteria. FiberLight is the on-net carrier, and no peering networks or exchanges meet here, consistent with a wholesale building leased in large blocks rather than a retail interconnection site. MCC2 has no critical-load figure of its own; its capacity sits inside the campus total of 382 MW, of which 96 MW remains available. A buyer looking at this building is looking at a hall-scale or whole-building lease, with the newer MCC7 as the campus's next delivery.
