MCC7 is the seventh building planned for CloudHQ's MCC campus, on a 22.51-acre parcel at 10101 Harry J. Parrish Boulevard where it meets Clover Hill Road in the Coles Magisterial District of Prince William County. The Planning Commission recommended approval of its proffer amendment and rezoning, case REZ2024-00025, on 28 May 2025, and the Board of County Supervisors approved it unanimously on 29 July 2025 as Ordinance 25-47, adding Office Mid-Rise as an implementing district on the PBD-zoned site inside the Data Center Opportunity Overlay. Construction was scheduled to start in mid-2025 with ready-for-service delivery in Q3 2026. MCC7 has no critical-load figure of its own yet; it draws on the campus total of 382 MW, of which 96 MW remained available.
