Equinix DC10 is the Business Suites building on the Ashburn campus: 84,830 sq ft of colocation at 21551 Beaumeade Circle sold as private cages and Business Suites for customers who have outgrown cabinets, and the only published Washington DC IBX to list that product. Phase one opened in early 2012 and the building was named an AWS Direct Connect location that August; it sits inside both the AWS Direct Connect (DC1–DC6, DC10–DC12) and Google Cloud Interconnect (DC1–DC15, DC21) campus footprints. Generators are N+1 with 30+ hours of fuel and cooling is N+1 with free cooling and hot/cold aisle containment, from a 4 kVA minimum per cabinet, in a single-storey building above the 500-year flood elevation.
