Dallas TX2 is the second building on NTT's Garland campus, a 229,500 sq ft two-story data center at 2108 Lookout Drive whose construction was registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on 17 October 2022 at an estimated $110 million, with Page Southerland Page as architect and a November 2022 to January 2024 build schedule. A second filing registered on 28 June 2023 added a $25 million tenant fit-out of 139,500 sq ft, adding office space and data-vault equipment for a single new tenant between August 2024 and July 2025, a scope NTT described as a 36 MW addition. The campus expansion design departs from TX1's rooftop DX units, using air-cooled chillers with a fan-coil wall and modular E-mod electrical units across 24 electrical rooms. NTT has published no fact sheet for TX2, and its fit-out trailed the identical work on TX3 by eight months. Buyers can take a vault or a multi-vault block in the fitted-out building.
