GDC – Dallas TX3 Data Center
2080 Lookout Drive, Garland, TX, 75044, US
Dallas TX3 is a 229,500 sq ft two-story data center at 2080 Lookout Drive on NTT's Garland campus, registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on 3 January 2023 as a $110 million new build scheduled from March 2023 to April 2024. That filing carried a wrong street address, and NTT confirmed the building sits beside its existing Garland campus. On 28 June 2023 NTT registered a $25 million, 139,500 sq ft tenant fit-out of the building for December 2023 to December 2024, adding office space and data-vault equipment for one new tenant, a scope described as a 36 MW addition and twinned with the same work on TX2. TX3's fit-out began eight months before TX2's, and NTT has published no fact sheet for either building. Buyers can take a vault or a multi-vault block here.
