GDC – Dallas TX4 Data Center
2011 Lookout Drive, Garland, TX, 75044, US
Dallas TX4 is NTT's fourth Garland building at 2060 Lookout Drive, a 235,910 sq ft two-story data center registered with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on 29 April 2024 as a $42 million Corgan-designed project built from September 2024 to April 2026, in service from June 2026 with 36 MW of critical IT load in six 6 MW vaults across 127,000 sq ft of IT space. Two 34.5 kV feeders rated 130 MVA each supply the building, with N+1 distributed redundancy per vault, dual-corded distribution and generators fueled for 24 hours at full load. Slab-floor halls use a fan-coil wall with hot-aisle containment on a dedicated closed-loop modular chiller plant, taking racks to 22 kW on air and 70 kW with liquid cooling through a separate technology loop, a capability TX1's raised-floor DX design lacks. The roof is rated for 136 mph winds. Buyers can take a 6 MW vault, a cage, or liquid-cooled rows at 70 kW.
