Together they run to 218.6 acres, about 9.5 million sq ft of ground in Maricopa County immediately south of Loop 202. Only two of the nine carry a street number: 6304 West Dobbins Road and 6400 West Olney Avenue. The ground is otherwise undeveloped, its one structure a farm building dating from 1950 that predates the purchase, and Amazon has announced no data hall, capacity figure or utility agreement against the holding.
