CyrusOne PHX3 – Chandler
2305 South Ellis St., Chandler, AZ, 85286, US
PHX3 is the third building on CyrusOne's Chandler campus, started in June 2015 as a 120,000 sq ft shell and carried in later property tables at 101,000 sq ft gross with 68,000 sq ft of colocation floor, the smallest sellable floor of the first five PHX buildings. Its critical load appears at two figures, 14 MW at the end of 2018 and 12 MW at the end of 2020. PHX3 and PHX4 are the two campus buildings holding an EPA ENERGY STAR data center certification, on top of the campus SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA program. Cooling comes from the campus indirect evaporative plant with a chilled-water backup, and 16 networks plus the Ninja-IX Phoenix exchange meet on the campus. The building was 100% leased from the end of 2017 through 2020, so a buyer looking at PHX3 is looking for turnover space in an ENERGY STAR hall.
