PHX4 is the fourth building on CyrusOne's Chandler campus, a 103,000 sq ft structure with 73,000 sq ft of colocation floor and 12 MW of critical load, a capacity figure unchanged across the 2017, 2018 and 2020 year-end property tables. It was reported stabilized and 100% leased at December 31, 2017, a year after the campus crossed 85 acres with a 29-acre land purchase in October 2016. With PHX3 it is one of two campus buildings holding an EPA ENERGY STAR data center certification, alongside the campus SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA program. The building draws on the campus indirect evaporative cooling plant and 500-ton chiller backup, and the campus fabric reaches 16 networks and the Ninja-IX Phoenix exchange. PHX4 carried the lowest annualized rent per colocation square foot of the first four buildings, which makes it the place to ask about price before looking at newer campus halls.
