PHX5 is the fifth building on CyrusOne's Chandler campus and, in the 2020 property table, the one building among PHX1 through PHX5 carried as two data halls. At December 31, 2017 it was carried as pre-stabilized with 72,000 sq ft of colocation floor half leased, 6 MW of critical load and 94,000 sq ft of powered shell behind it; by December 31, 2020 that shell had become a second hall of 71,000 sq ft, 56% leased, with each hall rated at 12 MW for 24 MW across the building and 13,000 sq ft of shell still unbuilt. PHX5 holds a Green Globes three-Globe award and sits under the campus SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and HIPAA program, with the campus fabric reaching 16 networks and the Ninja-IX Phoenix exchange. This is the building that last showed open capacity, so a buyer needing a contiguous hall rather than turnover cabinets should start here.
