Flexential Phoenix – Deer Valley Data Center
1850 W. Deer Valley Rd, Phoenix, AZ, 85027, US
Deer Valley at 1850 West Deer Valley Road runs 109,476 square feet against 5.02 MW and has the deepest power topology of any building in Flexential's western portfolio: 2(N+1) UPS, meaning two independent systems each carrying their own spare module. At 180 watts per square foot with N+1 cooling and hot and cold aisle containment, it is built for workloads that cannot tolerate a single point of failure anywhere in the electrical chain. Phoenix is the established western disaster-recovery market for California enterprises — no earthquake exposure, abundant power, and a short flight for hands-on work — and Deer Valley sits in the north Phoenix technology corridor rather than downtown. The 100% SLA covers power, cooling, network and bandwidth.
