Permitted and under construction as of November 2024, PHX-82 is the third data centre on Microsoft's 139-acre El Mirage campus, reached from West Olive Avenue at Dysart Road. Microsoft put PHX-80, PHX-81 and PHX-82 together at roughly $225 million and about 740,000 sq ft of construction. Every building on the site is laid out as five data halls with an administrative block alongside. Arizona Public Service feeds the campus from a substation inside its boundary; PHX-80 was already operating before PHX-82 began.
