Goodyear, not Phoenix, is where Vantage's Arizona flagship stands: the AZ1 campus lies west of the city in Maricopa County, and the two AZ11 buildings on it were raised in 2021 and 2023. That site code is the company's own - Vantage Data Centers AZ11 LLC is the owner of record for the ground, some 24 acres of the 50-acre campus. AZ1 is planned at five data centres, more than a million sq ft and 176 MW of critical IT load, leased wholesale rather than rack by rack. Vantage has kept expanding across the west valley since: a second Goodyear campus at 14575 West Broadway Road completed in 2025, and a third estate at Camelback 303 in Glendale. The market label reads Phoenix; the buildings are in Goodyear 85338.
