GDC – Phoenix PH1 Data Center
10256 E Elliot Rd, Mesa, AZ, 85212, US
Phoenix PH1 is the first building on NTT's 102-acre Elliot Road campus at 10256 Elliot Road in Mesa, two stories carrying 36 MW of critical IT load in six 6 MW vaults over 126,000 sq ft of data floor. Ground broke in April 2021 with an early 2022 opening set when NTT announced the campus that August. Each vault runs N+1 distributed redundancy with four 2 MW UPS modules per 6 MW block, fed by four primary 34.5 kV services plus an alternate from the campus's 480 MVA substation, with 24 hours of generator fuel. A fan-coil wall with hot-aisle containment rides a closed-loop chiller plant with air-cooled chillers and airside economizers, supporting racks up to 22 kW. SOC 1 Type II, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, PCI DSS and HIPAA are attested for this building, which has two meet-me rooms behind three fiber entries. Buyers can take cabinets, cages, suites or a full 6 MW vault.
