NTT Pecos Road Campus

NTT's Pecos Road campus is a 173-acre site at the northeast corner of Pecos and Crismon roads in southeast Mesa, on the former General Motors proving grounds, bought for $300 million in a sale that closed in March 2025. The Mesa City Council approved zoning in August 2024 under the Pacific Proving Technology Campus plan for seven data halls of about 1.7 million sq ft, a 100,000 sq ft warehouse and a 106,000 sq ft office building. NTT has set the first phase at up to 360 MW with the first building due in November 2028, served by a private substation plus a new Salt River Project substation. On 13 May 2026 the Mesa Planning and Zoning Board unanimously recommended approval of NTT's rezoning for a seven-building, 2.2 million sq ft campus on the parcel. Buyers can reserve a full building or a multi-vault block for delivery from late 2028.
