QTS sells Phoenix from three separate sites rather than one campus. The downtown building at 120 East Van Buren Street carries 288,000 sq ft against 32 MW and is the interconnected one, with eight networks and an exchange reachable inside it. Four miles east, the 85-acre campus at 1200 North 40th Street opened with a 337,330 sq ft building on 42 MW and is master-planned past 280 MW; ground was broken there for its DC5 building on 21 March 2023. The third site is 400 acres in Glendale, bought from Merit Partners in 2022 and filed for 750 MW across sixteen buildings of roughly 180,000 sq ft apiece, which makes it larger than the other two by an order of magnitude. QTS is owned by Blackstone.
